Pamplona's bus station is located on Avenida de Yanguas y Miranda, near the walled enclosure of the citadel.
The station hours are from 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., except on December 25 and January 1. The reinforcement docks remain open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
It is easily accessible, as it can be reached by private car (there is an underground car park with spaces reserved for the disabled), taxi or city buses, as they have stops at the station's covered marquee.
The station has a waiting area, a cafeteria, shops, lockers, adapted toilets, an information office and a corridor that leads to a small shopping centre.
The station is accessible to people with reduced mobility, it has a public address information system and electronic information screens.
