The María Zambrano train station is located in the center of the city, on Explanada de la Estación, S/N. Its hours are from Monday to Sunday from 5:00 a.m. to 00:45 a.m., including Sundays and holidays. It offers high-speed service to cities such as Córdoba or Madrid, among others.
It has the largest leisure and commerce center built in a railway service, with an area of 5600m2 designed for enjoyment.
The station has a special service for disabled travellers, a cafeteria, restaurant, toilets, parking areas, lifts and platforms adapted for people with reduced mobility. It has the Atendo service of permanent assistance, for people with reduced mobility.
It is classified as a Dialogue station, which means that its services and facilities are adapted to the needs of deaf and hearing impaired people.
