The Donostia Geltokia bus station is located in the center of Paseo Federico García Lorca, 1, near the Estación Norte de Adif, next to the Urumea river. Open 24 hours. Companies with local, national and international destinations operate in it.
It consists of three floors and a mezzanine: on the main floor is the bus station and on the mezzanine, the entrances to the station and offices. On the remaining two floors there is an underground car park with 12 spaces for PMR.
Several urban lines stop near the station (45, 24, 17 and 37. Check Dbus* lines and timetables. There is also a taxi rank and the Renfe station nearby, all connected with routes accessible to wheelchair users. access, either through the main entrance through a ramp or through two lifts accessible with a magnetic loop (poorly marked) on Paseo Federico García Lorca.

The interior circulation is accessible for wheelchair users and visually impaired users. There are also accessible docks. It has a cafeteria, adapted toilets, a left-luggage office with 24-hour surveillance, a supermarket and car rental. It offers a help service for travelers with physical and intellectual disabilities (previous contact by phone or email). Wheelchair users must reserve their place on the bus in advance and the notice periods vary according to the companies (recommended 48 hours).
