Descripción

  • The Linares - Baeza Station is the closest with assistance (25 Kms). The closest in kilometers would be the Jodar - Baeza station, but it does not have the assistance option. A couple of Alsa buses leave from the station to Baeza. You can also choose to call an adapted taxi that is available in Linares. This is the telephone number and contact person and we recommend that you notify them in advance of your trip so that you can guarantee the transfer: (+34) 647 92 27 40.

Through its Atendo service, Renfe offers assistance to travelers with disabilities. To benefit from this assistance, you must request it at the time of purchasing your ticket at the station ticket offices, renfe.com or at travel agencies, by calling Atendo: 91 214 05 05 or in the Renfe Atendo app, a once the ticket is purchased.

These would be the services they offer:

If you go with your wheelchair and want to travel in a seat, let us know so that we can take it into account. Your wheelchair must be able to be closed or folded for easy transport.
If you have other mobility difficulties, you can request one of our wheelchairs to be transferred through the station and receive help getting on and off the train.
If you have a hearing disability, we can offer you technical aids for better communication.
If you have a visual impairment, we can walk you through the station, help you get on and off the train, and help you find your seat.
If you have an intellectual disability or comprehension difficulties, we can guide you and accompany you through the station to your seat on the train.

Also, if you go with a companion or support person, or you travel with a guide or assistance dog, let us know so that we can take it into account.

If you are going to request the Atendo service, keep in mind that, due to the health situation and until the service is fully normalized, the stations that provide it are classified as follows:

Stations with immediate assistance, where you can show up without prior request at the meeting point 30 minutes before the train's departure time, although it is always advisable to make the request in advance:
    Albacete The Plains
    Alicante/Alicante
    Barcelona Sants
    Real city
    Cordova
    Lleida Pyrenees
    Madrid Chamartin
    Madrid Atocha Gate
    Madrid Atocha Suburban
    Malaga Maria Zambrano
    Puertollano
    Seville Santa Justa
    Valencia Joaquin Sorolla
    Valladolid
    Saragossa Delights
In the rest of the stations with permanent service, you must request assistance at least 3 hours before the trip. In specific stations, the lead time is the usual 12 hours.

Two days before your trip, you will be reminded of your request for assistance and the meeting point to which you must go, through a text message to your mobile phone.

The Central Atendo office is in Madrid, at the Atocha Station from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
