Alicante's bus station is located at Muelle de Poniente S/N next to the Club Náutico, just 1 kilometer from the train station and 2 kilometers from the TMS ferry terminal.

It has an information service, lockers, slogans, cafeteria, shops, ATMs, adapted services, Wi-Fi zone... It has 19 platforms for departures and arrivals that connect with the most important cities in the country.

There is a direct connection with the Alicante/Elche airport through a service known as the Aerobusalicante, a route of just 14 kilometers that connects the two stations. All the vehicles of this service are adapted for people with reduced mobility.

At the main entrance of the station there is a taxi rank and we can also find the head of the TAM (Transporte Alicante Metropolitano) of lines 24 and 6, the latter connects with the AVE station. The station is adapted for people with reduced mobility, they have ramps and parking spaces for access and collection of passengers. The conditions of accessibility to the coaches depend on the companies and the models of the vehicles that carry out the routes.
