The San Sebastián Tramway Company manages urban public transport in the city under the commercial name of Donostiabus or Dbus.
100% of the buses are accessible, equipped to facilitate travel for people with physical, hearing, intellectual or visual disabilities. They have a low floor and an access ramp, seats reserved for PMR, a platform reserved for seats with belts (two on the buses, one on the microbuses), a central validation machine, an information system with audio inside and outside the bus and in the electronic panels at the bus stops (if not, there are QR codes), visual information systems inside the bus and discounted payment systems. If you travel with an assistant, you will do so for free by asking the driver for a companion ticket. Assistance dogs can access by law.

*NOTICE TO ACTIVATE SOUND INFORMATION: the sound traffic lights and sound warnings on buses and shelter panels of the Dbus urban bus network are activated by a remote control that can be requested, on deposit, at the Tourist Office del Bulevard, 8 and at the Tourist Office of the ADIF and RENFE Station.
