The tram is a means of transport managed by the Metropolitano de Tenerife company (MTSA) and owned by the Cabildo Insular de Tenerife.
Adapted transport, designed for everyone, which also has places for bicycles and baby strollers.
The tram currently runs line 1 Santa Cruz-La Laguna, with 21 stops and an approximate duration of 40 minutes the entire route, and line 2 that connects La Cuesta and Tíncer. In order to enjoy the advantages of the tram, all you have to do is buy the ticket, pass or subscription at any of the vending machines available at the tram stops or at the MTSA commercial offices located at both ends of the line and validate it at the ticket machines once inside the car. Metrotenerife has two information offices at both ends of Line 1 of the Tramway; Trinidad office in La Laguna and the Interchanger office in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
