The TRAM line L1 connects Benidorm with the city of Alicante in 1 hour and 12 minutes (20 intermediate stations). The trains leave every 30 minutes from the stop located on Crta. Estació and the journey costs 3.75 euros. The route is done along the coast, with views of the beach for much of the way.
The trains are adapted for people with reduced mobility and have a multilingual station voice warning system. The Benidorm TRAM also connects with line L9 to the city of Denia.
