The urban bus service is managed by the company TUS (Transportes Urbanos de Santander).

All bus stops (not just the most significant or crowded ones) have been equipped with canopies with their own lighting, large benches (2.20 meters) to facilitate waiting, large user information panels (4 square meters in each canopy) .

Urban buses are adapted to transport people with physical and sensory disabilities. Access with a guide dog is allowed, always with accreditation.

They offer passengers updated visual information about the passage through the different stops and the destination of the line they are on.
