Alicante-Elche Airport is located 8 kilometers to the southwest of the city, in the municipality of Elche, it is popularly known as "El Altet".
Aena offers customers an exclusive telephone service to serve travelers with reduced mobility 24 hours a day. There are various meeting points associated with this service at the airport.
On the other hand, it has an information and chat service line for passengers with hearing and/or speech disabilities. The service is operational from 07:00 to 24:00, every day of the year.
The airport communicates with the center of both cities through three bus lines, whose stops you will find at the exits of the terminals, on the P2 floor. All buses are adapted and access is allowed to guide dogs without the need to wear a muzzle.
