The Alicante-Terminal train station (Alacant-Terminal) is the main railway station in the city of Alicante, it has Long and Medium distance services, which allows connection with the country's large cities. The train station does not have a direct connection to Alicante airport, but it can be easily reached by bus line C-6. This line is adapted for people with disabilities or reduced mobility and has a voice warning system. The Alicante railway station is also the head of the Cercanías Murcia/Alicante on lines C1-C3.

The Terminal makes the DIALOGA service available to users, facilitating accessibility for deaf or hearing-impaired people. The most relevant information is displayed textually and in sign language through the station's information monitors. It also has a telephone service system via mobile phone or text messages.
